We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address (e.g., paresh101p@gmail.com), phone number, and society flat details. We also collect data related to society operations like vehicle records and maintenance requests.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process transactions and send related information.
• Send administrative messages, security alerts, and support messages.
• Facilitate communication between society members and admins.

3. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can do this directly from the App's Profile settings by tapping "Delete Account".

• What gets deleted: Your personal profile details and any personal family members added by you will be permanently deleted from our primary user databases.
• What is retained: Data that is strictly required for the Society's official records (such as maintenance payment receipts, submitted complaints, notices, and historical logs) will be retained for auditing and administrative purposes by the Society administrators. This retained data will no longer be linked to your active user account.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline.
